The Caja Navarra Foundation annually contributes to a fund aimed at forgotten humanitarian crises. D’EP Institut supported the management of the 2023 call for proposals, in which 8 entities applied, and three benefited: Manos Unidas, UNICEF, and ACNUR. Specifically, D’EP was responsible for preparing the materials for the jury, systematizing the evaluation criteria, collecting their contributions, and providing the results of their assessment.
On June 3 and 4, 2018, the last international meeting of the European Keyway project led by D'EP Institut was held. This meeting, organized by HdBA in the German city of Manheim, focused on the presentation of the final version of the guide and discussed the testing phase of the tools with guidance services and practitioners. The final seminars will be held in June and July in the four participating countries. In Barcelona, the practical seminar “Evaluation of the impact of guidance services” will take place on July 5. During the session, at the Pati Manning of the Diputació de Barcelona, the impact evaluation of guidance services will be discussed and how it allows to value and measure the quality of guidance services, as well as to provide evidence to influence the design of public guidance policies. D’EP Institut has designed the evaluation of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona's Internationalization Plan 2021-2025 during the year 2022. With the aim of measuring the results obtained, being accountable, and drawing lessons to improve the quality of future public policies, the Plan foresees carrying out a monitoring methodology to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the strategic lines and action lines. In this regard, D’EP Institut has conducted a working session to delve into each of the five strategic lines of the Plan: impact on the European and international political agenda; attraction of European and international funds; innovation and knowledge management in metropolitan areas; international economic projection; and international cooperation. With the information gathered through these working sessions and document analysis, an evaluation matrix and an annual activity report model have been developed, which includes planning for the following evaluation phases (intermediate evaluation, final evaluation, and annual evaluation reports).
