Currently, many non-formal institutions – public administrations, foundations, companies, non-governmental organizations… – use “the educational fact” as a way to achieve their objectives, whether communicative or informative.
Based on the experience of D’EP Institut in the implementation and accompaniment of educational projects, we contemplate a set of services which, applying their own methodology, allow adaptation to the project and the institution promoting it.
From the application of its own methodology and through a joint work with the institution, D’EP Institut’s team carries out the conceptualization and design of the educational project.
This methodology allows us to define: the objectives to be achieved, the aims and educational contents, the target population, as well as the professional profiles of those responsible for implementation (internal or external), the type of activities, contents, resources needed (economic and human) and implementation contexts, as well as the implementation schedule.
A key dimension of an educational project is its operationalization, the implementation of the concept in reality, in line with the objectives. From this perspective, D’EP Institut offers the service of Technical Secretariat of the Educational Project.
The general function of the Technical Secretariat is to ensure that the implementation of the project is carried out in a timely manner.
Many of the initiatives for educational purposes contemplate the celebration of unique events as a point of closure to a cycle of implementation (closing acts, awards or recognition, presentation of productions of participants…) or as spaces for reflection, exchange or construction of new knowledge (technical conferences, forums, congresses…). It is from this perspective that D’EP Institut offers the service of organizing events, contemplating from the conceptualization and design of the event to the management or production of the same, in an adjusted and flexible way, acting as a whole or in those areas where the institution needs support.
Currently, the evaluation of an educational project is a requirement – both internal and external – and not an option from the perspective of the conceptualization of one’s own program, as well as its implementation, continuity, or sustainability. Thus, D’EP Institut offers 3 lines of evaluation of educational projects (process, satisfaction and pedagogical impact), which focus on different dimensions of the initiative.
Gedeon Richter, a company specialised in women’s health across all stages of life, has promoted the development of a study on one of the most common syndromes during menopause, but also one of the most underdiagnosed and undertreated: the genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM). The main objective of the study was to analyse awareness and perceptions of the physical and emotional impact of GSM among women aged 45 to 69 living in Spain. D’EP Institut collaborated in the design of the questionnaire, the implementation of the survey, the quantitative analysis and the preparation of the results report. The report includes information on awareness of GSM, the prevalence of its symptoms, its impact on quality of life, consultation with healthcare professionals, as well as knowledge of available treatments and the factors that condition or facilitate their use. It also includes conclusions and recommendations. Estudio impacto fisico y emocional menopausia
