Evaluation of the AMGEN TransferCiencia Program
During the 2019-2020 academic year, D’EP Institut has carried out the evaluation of the AMGEN TransferCiencia Program, promoted by the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation (FCRi) in schools in Catalunya, Islas Baleares and País Valenciano.
The experience consists of connecting secondary education centres with young researches linked to research centres with the aim of transferring knowledge of science in general, and biotechnology and genetics in particular.
The evaluation methodology has consisted of:
•Collection of secondary data.
•Online baseline surveys to students, teachers and researchers.
•Final interviews to students, teachers and researchers.
•In-depth interviews to students, teachers and researchers.
•Work session with the Technical Secretary of the Program.
