DEP studies the economic impact of the 52 RallyRACC Catalunya-Costa Daurada

The 52nd edition of the RallyRACC, the only mixed of the World Championship, will celebrate this year its 12th consecutive edition with the epicentre situated on the Costa Daurada (Golden Coast), with Salou and PortAventura World as centre points, although the first special race will be disputed in Barcelona. DEP Institut is in charge of studying the economic impact in the territory and the satisfaction of spectators.

During 4 days, 19 stages are disputed that total 321.08 kilometres of the 1.058.23km of the full itinerary, a logistical challenge to carry out 800 interviews at 10 different points along the route.


This is the second time DEP Institut analyses the economic impact of Rally Racc. The 2015 edition had an impact of more than 38 millions of Euros in the territory.
