D’EP Institut advises Basic Social Services Team (EBAS) of the City of Badia del Vallès in the implementation of proposals for organizational improvement
The EBAS (Basic Social Services Team) of the City of Badia del Vallès, with the support of the Diputació de Barcelona, has received advisement and support from D’EP Institut to plan the implementation of proposals for organizational improvements in its team.
The advisement and support was carried out during:
-3 initial sessions to contextualize, review the diagnosis made during 2018 and work planning.
-8 sessions of technical definition of the improvement projects.
-1 closing session.
The topics addressed during the sessions were the following:
-Advisement on the viability of the implementation of an UGA (Administrative Management Unit) based on the definition of the circuit for the management of applications for financial benefits and on a need assessment.
-Training on how to record and analyse the information using the DiBa Hèstia.
-Training on how to use the DS-DIBA.
-Advise on how to manage cases at risk for abuse based on the definition of a care circuit, considering the differential aspects between cases of childhood and adolescence and those of elderly or dependent people.
