Assessing the quality of the home assistance service from the users’ perspective

The Diputación of Barcelona, jointly with the Basic Social Services and Women Department of the Bages Regional Council, is carrying out a study aimed at identifying the key elements linked to the quality of the Home Assistance Service from the users’ perspective.

On this context, DEP Institut is performing the task of defining the axes for assessing the experience of home assistance services users’, as well as defining a measurement instrument that will allow to gather aspects of assisting users and their relatives. It can be added that the project includes, as well, the execution of a pilot test in order to analyze the validity of its content.
