How can I know how my students are and their opinion and their families’ on the centre?
Measuring needs and satisfaction in training centres

From the point of view of constant improvement, knowing students’ and families’ opinion is essential. Nevertheless, this isn’t the only key point of satisfaction studies: at DEP we know that students and their parents are the main future sellers of the educational project and therefore, their tracking and assessment is a strategic marketing tool for any centre.

Therefore we assess the degree of satisfaction of those who were part of the entity or those who currently are by means of surveys, whether face-to-face or on-line, and focus groups.
