A good project is the key to success.
A training centre is many different things at the same time. In the first place, it is a pedagogical project. But it is also a system of education professionals’ management and organization. Students need to know course offerings, and promotion strategies are required. Educational organizations have to optimize processes and commit to institutional quality. They require technological strategies and assessment systems.
DEP, through several meetings in the centres with boards of directors and staff, mentors the definition of the centre headship’s goals and helps them to achieve results through the definition of a working plan to be followed and through the support in the organization of documents.
