2. Definition of educational projects

I would like to open an educational centre and I don’t know where to start
Mentoring the design of a new school, training or University centre

A good project is the key to success.

A training centre is many different things at the same time. In the first place, it is a pedagogical project. But it is also a system of education professionals’ management and organization. Students need to know course offerings, and promotion strategies are required. Educational organizations have to optimize processes and commit to institutional quality. They require technological strategies and assessment systems.

DEP, through several meetings in the centres with boards of directors and staff, mentors the definition of the centre headship’s goals and helps them to achieve results through the definition of a working plan to be followed and through the support in the organization of documents.
Once the priorities of the project are defined, DEP, based on its experience in the educational sector, contributes with added value to the reflection and provides a well structured planning of work.

Thanks to its multidisciplinary team and to its broad net of expert collaborators, DEP suggests tasks to be undertaken, establishing and meeting a timetable and taking into account from the definition of architectural requirements up to the involved human resources, without losing sight of any institutional procedure.
