Meeting and Final Conference of the LE.A.DE.R project

The sixth meeting and the Final Conference of the LE.A.DE.R (Learning and Decision Making Resources) project were held the 26th, 27th and 28th of June in Rome.

The meeting allowed the partners to coordinate their efforts and enabled them to revise the intellectual outputs produced and set the dissemination and exploitation plan to be carried out after the end of the project activities.

The Final Conference, titled ‘CAREER MANAGEMENT SKILLS: a challenge for lifelong guidance systems’, was organized in three sessions. In the first one, a review of international models regarding CMS (Career Management Skills) was presented. In the second one, the pilot tests carried out in six different countries were presented in order to illustrate the applicability of the project’s model through a range of different experiences. DEP Institut presented the results of the pilot test conducted in two schools, IES La Ferreria and Escola Pàlcam. The third session was a debate on the orientation models that should be adopted to guide school-to-work transition.
