Evaluation of 012 Service

DEP Institut collaborates with Direcció General d’Atenció Ciutadana in the evaluation of the qualitative parameters of 012 service with the objective of measuring the quality of the service in the direct interaction with the users.

In order to develop this evaluation process, methodologies are used to analyze the qualitative parameters of the service and also to evaluate the quality of the information provided to the users.
