Educaweb customer satisfaction study

Educaweb (www.educaweb.com) has commissioned DEP Institut the customer satisfaction study among centers, as one of the strategies included in its continuous improvement plan.

The use and satisfaction with the main services of Educaweb (Educalead, Educamail and Educabrand) have been analyzed, as well as satisfaction with other activities developed by Educaweb (educational marketing services, academic and professional guidance, its international websides and its awards for academic and professional guidance). Also, center managers were asked to value Educaweb webside and their overall satisfaction with the range of services offered. Finally, their opinion about the Spanish market services for attracting students was tested.

The satisfaction survey was carried out using a multi-channel methodology, with both online and telephone surveys; and was conducted during December 2015 and January and February 2016.
